Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 21, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern registration for and attendance at Infinity Festival Hollywood (“Infinity Festival” or the “Festival”), as well as use of the Infinity Festival website at infinityfestival.com (the “Site”). By registering for Infinity Festival, accessing or using the Site, or entering any Festival venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

1. Festival Information

Infinity Festival 2026 is scheduled to take place November 12–15, 2026, in Los Angeles, California.

Festival dates, times, venues, programming, speakers, panelists, screenings, presentations, demonstrations, sponsors, exhibitors, partners and other Festival activities are subject to change without notice.

Infinity Festival reserves the right to modify, substitute, relocate, reschedule or cancel any portion of Festival programming when reasonably necessary.

2. Registration

All Festival registrations are subject to availability and any restrictions or requirements stated at the time of registration.

Registrants must provide accurate and complete information, including their full name and a valid individual email address. Registration information must correspond to the individual who will attend the Festival.

Each attendee must complete a separate individual registration. Multiple attendees may not be registered in a single transaction or under another attendee’s registration.

Registrations and Festival credentials may not be transferred, shared, duplicated, reproduced, resold or used by another person or in connection with any unauthorized promotion, contest, sweepstakes or commercial activity without the prior written permission of Infinity Festival.

Infinity Festival reserves the right to cancel or revoke registrations obtained through fraud, unauthorized resale, misrepresentation or other violation of these Terms.

3. All Registrations Are Final and Non-Refundable

All registrations for Infinity Festival are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

No refunds or credits will be issued because of changes to Festival programming, including changes involving speakers, panelists, screenings, presentations, demonstrations, schedules, venues, sponsors, exhibitors, partners or other Festival activities.

Failure to attend the Festival or any individual Festival program does not entitle a registrant to a refund or credit.

If Infinity Festival cancels the Festival in its entirety, Infinity Festival will communicate any applicable refund, credit or other remedy to registrants in accordance with applicable law.

Infinity Festival is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation or other expenses incurred in connection with Festival attendance.

4. Registration, Identification and Venue Security

Every attendee must be separately registered in advance and must provide the information required for venue security.

Each attendee must register using their own full name and a valid individual email address. Each registration is valid only for the individual named in that registration.

All attendees must present valid government-issued photo identification upon arrival. The name on the identification must match the name provided during registration.

No individual will be admitted without a confirmed advance registration and valid government-issued photo identification. Walk-up or unregistered attendees will not be admitted. No exceptions will be made.

Registration information may be provided to the Festival venue and its authorized security personnel as reasonably necessary for access control, security screening and the safety and operation of the Festival, in accordance with applicable law and the Infinity Festival Privacy Policy.

Attendees must comply with all Festival and venue security procedures, which may include identity verification, credentialing, bag inspection, security screening and restrictions on items permitted within Festival venues.

Infinity Festival and the venue reserve the right to deny entry to any person who does not satisfy applicable registration, identification or security requirements.

5. Admission And Festival Credentials

A valid Festival registration and credential are required for admission to Festival venues and activities.

Registration does not guarantee admission to every session, screening, presentation, demonstration, reception, special event or other Festival activity. Individual programs may have limited capacity and may be available on a first-come, first-served or separately registered basis.

Certain Festival activities may also be subject to additional eligibility requirements, age restrictions, security procedures or other conditions.

Festival credentials remain the property of Infinity Festival and may be revoked in accordance with these Terms.

6. Code of Conduct

Infinity Festival Hollywood is committed to a welcoming, respectful and harassment-free experience for all attendees, speakers, staZ, partners and volunteers, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability or appearance. Harassment, discrimination and disruptive conduct of any kind will not be tolerated. Infinity Festival reserves the right to remove any person from the Festival, without refund, for conduct that violates this policy. Concerns may be reported to any Festival staZ member or at operations@infinityfestival.com.

7. Right to Refuse Admission or Remove Attendees

Infinity Festival reserves the right, in its sole reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law, to refuse admission to or remove any person from the Festival or any Festival venue for conduct that Infinity Festival determines is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, abusive, harassing, unlawful, inconsistent with Festival or venue policies, or otherwise materially interferes with the Festival or the experience of attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, staff or guests.

Attendees must comply with reasonable instructions from Infinity Festival personnel, security personnel and venue staff.

Infinity Festival may revoke the Festival credentials of any attendee who violates these Terms or applicable Festival or venue policies and may deny that individual further admission to the Festival.

Any person removed from the Festival or whose registration or credential is revoked for violation of these Terms or applicable policies will not be entitled to a refund or credit.

8. Photography, Filming and Recording Consent

Photography, filming, livestreaming, audio recording and other forms of media capture may take place throughout Infinity Festival.

By entering Infinity Festival or any Festival venue, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, livestreamed, audio recorded or otherwise captured by Infinity Festival and its authorized photographers, videographers, production teams and media partners.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, attendees grant Infinity Festival and its authorized representatives the right to photograph, film, record and otherwise capture their name, image, likeness, voice and appearance and to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display and otherwise use such materials in connection with Infinity Festival
and its promotion, publicity, marketing, archival documentation and related activities, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and without additional notice or compensation.

Attendance at the Festival constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this photography and recording policy.

Nothing in this provision authorizes Infinity Festival to use an attendee’s name, image or likeness in a manner that falsely represents a personal endorsement of an unrelated product or service.

9. Attendee Photography and Recording

Permission for Infinity Festival and its authorized representatives to photograph or record Festival activities does not constitute permission for attendees to do so.

Certain screenings, presentations, demonstrations, exhibits or other Festival activities may prohibit photography, filming, livestreaming, audio recording or other forms of reproduction by attendees.

Attendees must comply with all posted, announced or otherwise communicated photography and recording restrictions.

Unauthorized photography or recording may result in removal from the applicable program, removal from the Festival and/or revocation of Festival credentials without refund.

10. Attendee Conduct

Infinity Festival is committed to providing a professional, welcoming and respectful environment for attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, staff and guests.

Harassment, threatening or abusive behavior, discrimination, violence, deliberate disruption of Festival activities, damage to property, unauthorized access to restricted areas, or other conduct that materially interferes with the safety, operation or experience of the Festival will not be tolerated.

Infinity Festival may take reasonable action in response to such conduct, including removal from a Festival activity, removal from the Festival, revocation of credentials and, when appropriate, referral to venue security or law enforcement.

11. Screenings, Presentations and Proprietary Content

Infinity Festival may present motion pictures, television programming, animation, works in progress, demonstrations, technologies, presentations or other material owned or controlled by third parties.

Such materials may be confidential, proprietary, copyrighted or otherwise protected. Attendees may not photograph, film, record, livestream, reproduce, distribute or otherwise capture or disseminate restricted Festival content without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

Additional restrictions may be communicated before or during individual programs, and attendance at those programs is conditioned upon compliance with those restrictions.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site and Festival may contain names, trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, presentations, designs and other materials owned by Infinity Festival or used with permission from sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, partners and other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms grants attendees any ownership interest or license to commercially reproduce, distribute, publish or exploit such materials except with the express permission of the applicable rights holder.

“INFINITY FESTIVAL,” associated Festival logos and other Infinity Festival marks may not be used without prior written authorization.

13. Speakers, Sponsors, Exhibitors and Other Third Parties

Views and opinions expressed by speakers, panelists, presenters, exhibitors, sponsors or other Festival participants are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of Infinity Festival.

Products, services, technologies, demonstrations and information presented by third parties are the responsibility of those third parties.

Participation in or sponsorship of Infinity Festival does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement by Infinity Festival of any third-party product, service, company, organization or viewpoint.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site and Festival may link to or utilize third-party services in connection with registration, payment processing, scheduling, accommodations, communications or other Festival activities.

Use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by the applicable third party.

Infinity Festival is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices or independent actions of third-party websites or services.

15. Accessibility

Infinity Festival seeks to provide an accessible experience for attendees.

Attendees requiring reasonable accommodations should contact operations@infinityfestival.com sufficiently in advance of the Festival to allow Infinity Festival and its venue partners an opportunity to make appropriate arrangements.

16. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Attendance at a live event involves ordinary risks associated with travel, crowds, public venues, demonstrations, exhibits and participation in event activities.

By attending Infinity Festival, attendees voluntarily assume those ordinary risks to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Attendees are responsible for following posted safety requirements and reasonable instructions provided by Infinity Festival personnel, venue personnel, exhibitors and security staff.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

17. Force Majeure

Infinity Festival will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations when caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, public-health emergencies, governmental actions, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, civil emergencies, acts of terrorism or war, utility or technology failures, venue unavailability or other comparable circumstances.

In such circumstances, Infinity Festival may modify, postpone, relocate, reschedule or cancel all or part of the Festival as reasonably necessary.

18. Use of the Website

Users may not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, harvest information through unauthorized automated means or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

Infinity Festival may restrict or terminate access to the Site when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its users or Festival operations.

19. Privacy

Information collected through the Site, Festival registration and related activities is subject to the Infinity Festival Privacy Policy, available at infinityfestival.com/privacy-policy.

The Privacy Policy describes Infinity Festival’s collection, use and disclosure of personal information and applicable privacy rights.

20. Disclaimer

The Site and Festival are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Festival does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or that every announced Festival program, speaker, panelist, screening, presentation, demonstration, sponsor, exhibitor or activity will occur exactly as originally announced.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Festival and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Site, Festival registration or attendance at the Festival.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any rights provided by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms, Festival registration or Festival attendance will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

23. Changes To These Terms

Infinity Festival may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on the Site and will identify the date of its most recent revision.

Material changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

24. Severability
