This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information in connection with infinityfestival.com (the “Site”), registration for and attendance at Infinity Festival, and related Festival communications and activities. By using the Site, registering for Infinity Festival or otherwise providing personal information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy - the basics
When you register for Infinity Festival, we collect certain information required to process and administer your registration. Required information may include:

We may also request additional information during registration, such as job title, industry, professional interests, demographic information or other information relevant to Festival programming and the attendee experience. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of collection, providing this additional information is optional. When you use the Site, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages and information collected through cookies and similar technologies. Payment information associated with Festival registration may be processed by third-party payment providers. Infinity Festival does not directly receive or store complete payment- card information.

3. Venue and Security Information
Infinity Festival may provide attendee registration information to Festival venues and their authorized security providers when reasonably necessary for identity verification, access control, credentialing, security screening and the safe operation of the Festival.
Certain registration information is required to satisfy venue security requirements and attend Infinity Festival.
4. Information Provided to Sponsors
As disclosed during the registration process, personal information collected in connection with Festival registration is provided to Infinity Festival’s Sponsors. Information provided may include an attendee’s name, email address, company or organization, country, and other information identified at the time of registration. The registration process will provide applicable notice regarding the disclosure of information to these Sponsors. By completing and submitting a registration after receiving the applicable notice, attendees acknowledge and consent to the disclosure described in
that notice.
Information received by Sponsors will be handled in accordance with each company’s respective privacy practices and applicable law.
Where offered, consent to receive marketing communications directly from a Sponsor is separate from the disclosure of registration information. Attendees may be provided with a separate, optional opportunity to consent to receiving such communications. Choosing not to receive optional sponsor marketing communications will not affect an attendee’s registration for or admission to Infinity Festival.
5. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
Infinity Festival does not sell personal information to third parties.
Infinity Festival does not operate as a data broker or sell attendee registration lists or other personal information to third parties for monetary compensation.
Information may be disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy, including to Festival venues and security providers, service providers and vendors, and to the Sponsors identified during registration.
6. Other Disclosures of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers and vendors that perform
services on our behalf, including registration, payment processing, website hosting, email
distribution, scheduling, analytics, credentialing, security and other Festival operations.
We may also disclose personal information:

To professional advisors, including attorneys, accountants, insurers and other advisors;

When required or permitted by applicable law;

When reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, safety or security of Infinity Festival, Festival attendees, venues or others; or

Infinity Festival may use the email address provided during registration to send transactional and operational communications concerning registration, admission, programming, schedules, security, venue information and other Festival matters.
Where permitted by applicable law, Infinity Festival may also send information regarding future Infinity Festival programs, events and activities.
Recipients may unsubscribe from promotional Infinity Festival email communications by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in those communications.
Unsubscribing from promotional communications will not prevent Infinity Festival from sending communications reasonably necessary to administer an existing Festival registration or attendance.
Marketing communications sent independently by Sponsors or another third party are subject to that organization’s own privacy practices and communication preferences.

Third-party services integrated with the Site may also use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Where required by applicable law, users will be provided with appropriate choices regarding non-essential cookies and similar technologies.
9. Data Retention
Infinity Festival retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, administer Festival operations, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Certain information requested during Festival registration may be optional. Fields that are optional will be identified as such during registration.
Choosing not to provide optional information will not prevent an attendee from completing registration unless otherwise indicated at the time the information is requested.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Infinity Festival registration are not directed to children under 13, and Infinity Festival does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to or integrate with websites and services operated by third parties, including registration, scheduling, accommodations, payment processing and other Festival-related services.
Infinity Festival is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage users to review the applicable privacy policies before providing personal information to third parties.

Infinity Festival may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or Festival operations.
