We’re thrilled to have you joining us for our upcoming event! In order to ensure a smooth check-in process on the day of the event, we wanted to provide you with some important information. Firstly, please remember to purchase your tickets online ahead of time, as this will help to streamline the check-in process and reduce wait times. On the day of the event, you’ll need to check in at the front desk, where one of our representatives will be waiting to assist you. Simply show them your receipt or provide them with your name, and they’ll print you a badge that will give you access to all areas of the event. They’ll also be able to provide you with any additional information you may need about the event, such as a schedule or map of the venue. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the event and can’t wait for you to experience all that we have in store!

As you prepare for your upcoming trip to Hollywood for the Infinity Festival, we wanted to make sure you’re aware of some important information regarding lodging and transportation. We’re excited to offer discounted rates at our partner hotels, ensuring you have access to the best available rates during the festival. Additionally, we’re here to be your guide for getting to, from, and around Hollywood with ease during the Infinity Festival. We’ve put together helpful tips and resources to make navigating the area as simple as possible, including information about hotel availability, reservation policies, and getting around Hollywood. With our assistance, you’ll be able to focus on enjoying the festival and all of the exciting experiences it has to offer. We can’t wait to see you there!

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

INFINITY FESTIVAL is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming experience for all Festival participants. To this end, Infinity Festival strictly prohibits any act that demeans, menaces, discriminates against or harasses any Festival participant based on their sex, gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), creed, veteran status, technology choices or other characteristic protected by governing law. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties and online media. While at Infinity Festival or any related events, staff, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, speakers, attendees, exhibitors, media and all other participants are prohibited from: demeaning, menacing, discriminating against and/or harassing any individual at Infinity Festival based on any of the afore-listed characteristics; engaging in any acts of violence; possessing any item that can be used as a weapon; possessing any illegal substance; smoking (other than in designated areas); and/or failing to obey any rule or regulation of Infinity Festival or of the venue.

Infinity Festival expects all Festival participants to abide by this Code of Conduct at all conference venues and conference-related social events. If a participant engages in any prohibited or otherwise unacceptable behavior, Infinity Festival, in its sole discretion, may take any action they deem appropriate, including removing the violator from Infinity Festival without warning and contacting the authorities as necessary. Festival participants who are removed from Infinity Festival pursuant to this provision will not receive a refund of their admission fee. If you believe that you are the victim of or have witnessed any violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to Infinity Festival staff onsite or by emailing hello@infinityfestival.com. All determinations of violations of this Code of Conduct will be made in Infinity Festival’s sole discretion and such decision(s) are final.

Please know that Infinity Festival staff and management will be available to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, to provide escorts or to otherwise assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of the Festival.

This Code of Conduct is without prejudice to Infinity Festival’s rights, all of which it expressly reserves.  Infinity Festival further reserves the right to modify this Code of Conduct at any time and in its sole discretion.

HEALTH & COVID

Please know that the health, safety, and security of our attendees, exhibitors, partners, speakers, and crew is a top priority for Infinity Festival. As medical recommendations and local and state mandates evolve, we will continue to update these protocols. The following information is provided to set expectations about what will and will not be permitted at the event. 

Infinity Festival shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event and which may change at any time as determined by federal, state or local government agencies; such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and attendance requirements, such as proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test, and other protective measures such as requiring attendees to wear face coverings. If any ticket holder does not comply with any laws, mandates, health orders or directives or event terms, conditions or rules, then Infinity Festival may refuse admission to the event or require the ticket holder to leave the venue and such ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund.
